Casting and machining
ShenYang MetalTech Group(for short: SYMT), founded in year of 2004, is a Group Corporation, specializing on OEM mechanical parts manufactured by process of casting and machining .
SYMT Head Office situates in ShenYang,and the manufacturer is located at Changxingdao developing Area in Dalian area with 2,600 meters office building and 3,700 square meters machining workshop.
SYMT has international advanced-level machining equipment such as CNC Center, numerical lathes, numerical milling machines, and Faroarm measurement equipment etc.
With a network of wholly owned sales, support offices & foundries, we are able to provide our customers with utmost flexibility in maintaining competitive prices and the highest quality products competing in worldwide markets, as well as world class customer service and technical support throughout the whole field.
All of our products are for overseas market, including America, Europe, Japan, etc. The capacity of all facilities reach 6000 tons of castings and machined parts annually, which involve in various mechanical spare parts, pump and valves parts, pipes etc. The raw material consists of stainless steel, carbon steel & various low alloy steel and non-ferrous metals. SYMT can deliver the customer castings, semi-finished parts and finished parts respectively and accordingly.
Casting processes cover followings:
Traditional resin sand casting
It includes all materials of cast iron, ductile and steel parts making, the capacity is about 4000mt per year.
Lost foam line
The boxes size 1500mm x 1200mm x900mm have the capacity at about 3000mt annually, the materials are cast iron and ductile.
Disamatic moulding lines
The sand boxes sizes are 605×505×200㎜ and 1000×800×350/300㎜ Production capacity is very big at 7000mt and 30000mt annually per line ,they cast cast iron and ductile.
Investment castings
Mainly cast carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel etc from about 0.1kg to 160kg
